Who We Are
The Happy Valley Improvement Association is a homeowners association (HOA) for the Happy Valley neighborhood of Lafayette, CA. All residents of Happy Valley are a part of our association as residents.
What We Do
We provide leadership for the beautification of our neighborhood, organize social events to foster community and coordinate action on issues important to Happy Valley residents.
