The Happy Valley Improvement Association is a homeowners association (HOA) for the Happy Valley neighborhood of Lafayette, CA.  All residents of Happy Valley are a part of our association as residents and are invited to participate in our board and our neighborhood projects.  

We welcome ideas, suggestions, inputs, and concerns from all residents. 

We are dedicated to “provide leadership, create consensus, and generate action on issues important to our community that result in a continuing improvement in the quality of life in Happy Valley.” Most of our activities, spearheaded by a volunteer board of residents, include programs to preserve the semi-rural beauty of our neighborhood and to promote a community spirit of unity and friendship.
