During a typical year, the Association takes on a handful of formal and informal projects which strive to improve various aspects of the community.  Samples of current and past projects include the installation and maintenance of the Happy Valley sidewalk, gardening and maintenance of common areas, distribution of daffodil bulbs and bird and owl houses, and the annual Octoberfest meet and greet.   See highlights from current and past projects below.
